Today, I will show you how to create the dragan style for an original photo

Step 1. Open an original photo. Copy thí photo to the clipboard by select all (Ctrl + A) and copy (Ctrl + C).

Step 2. Now, we will change the mode of this photo to the grayscale mode (Image/Mode/Gray Scale). So you will have

Step 3. Convert to the Duotone Mode (Image>Mode>Doutone)

Change the Ink 1 by click to the square and change

Change ink 2 and ink 3:

Step 4. Convert to the RGB Mode (Image > Mode > RGB)

Then, change their curve a little bit

Step 5. Now, paste the photo from clipboard to a new layer by (Ctrl + V).

Note: Make sure the original photo will be in the clipboard or just go back the step in history and copy the orgininal photo again.

Step 6. Choose blending mode for Layer 1 by right click to layer 1 and choose blending mode

Change its property

So you will have

Step 7. Paste the original photo to a new layer (layer 2) by press Ctrl + V. And change its blending mode by right click to Layer 2 and choose Blending mode. Change to Color Burn

So you will have

Step 8. Paste the original photo again (Ctrl +V), so we have the layer 3 then change its blending mode to Hard Light.

Step 9. Now, choose Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask. Change its property

so you will have

Now, change the Level (Image > Adjustment > Level)

And the result is
